Humane Society of Midland County to Host “Paws for a Cause” Luncheon Fundraiser Presented by MOTTO Mortgage
The Humane Society of Midland County (HSoMC) invites the community to attend its annual “Paws for a Cause Luncheon Fundraiser – Presented by MOTTO Mortgage” on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Great Hall in Midland.
This free, community-focused event centers around the theme “Every Home Deserves a Happy Tail” and will highlight the powerful impact of the Animal/Human Bond while showcasing how local support transforms the lives of both pets and people across Midland County.
Attendees will hear inspiring stories of rescue, healing, and connection, while learning more about the Humane Society’s programs and services, including pet adoptions, low-cost veterinary care, and the Pet Pantry program that supports families facing financial hardship.
“This luncheon is an opportunity for our community to come together and truly see the impact they are making,” said Jesse Fletcher, Executive Director of the Humane Society of Midland County. “Every day, we witness how animals change lives - providing companionship, comfort, and purpose. This event brings those stories to life and shows how we can all be part of creating more happy endings.”
The luncheon is free to attend thanks to the generous support of presenting sponsor MOTTO Mortgage and other community sponsors, though advance registration is required. Guests are encouraged to attend individually or reserve a table with friends, family, or colleagues.
The event will also provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about the growing needs of the organization and how the community can play a role in shaping the future of animal welfare in Midland County.
