Continuing its spring tradition of more than 50 years, Michigan Antique Festivals will once again return to the Midland County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, May 31, bringing NEW and MORE vendors than ever before! In addition to antique and vintage dealers, Midland Antique Festival features Mid-Michigan’s largest classic car show, a legendary automotive swap meet, live acoustic music, an expanded lineup of exciting new food trucks and vendors, and on‑site family camping, creating a full weekend of fun for everyone. Also new this year, a specially priced Friday Sneak Peek Pass is available now for purchase online.
The Midland Antique Festival is a one‑of‑a‑kind shopping experience, and this spring’s event features more than 1,000 antique and vintage dealers — including many new dealers from out of state—offering fresh finds and treasures the festival has never seen. Festival guests will find a multitude of rare gems and unforgettable discoveries, from repurposed and farmhouse décor to rare collectibles, nostalgic memorabilia, and truly one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, from both local and cross-country dealers who bring their absolute best to the Midland Antique Festival.
“Our spring show is full of renewed excitement and gives people an opportunity to get outside and experience the warmer weather of the season while they find themselves new treasures in precious items from the past,” said Matthew Edens, festival director. “This year we are excited to expand the Midland Antique Festival’s offerings with a record number of new vendors joining long-standing participants as we continue to grow.”
Car Show and Swap Meet - The Midland Antique Festival isn’t just antiques. The festival is home to Mid-Michigan's largest classic car show and swap meet – Making it the ultimate destination for car enthusiasts, restorers and collectors.
Open to all makes and models, the quarter‑mile car show will feature hundreds of vehicles on the grounds as owners show off their classic, custom, and one-of-kind quirky rides competing for prizes, giveaways, and trophies. Winners of the judges contest will be featured in the annual car calendar available at the fall show on Sept. 26-27.
Car show participants can simply enter the Midland County Fairgrounds through Gate 1 on Eastman Ave., located between Olive Garden and Applebee’s, pay the regular admission fee and showcase their prized possession for all to enjoy. There is no extra fee to show a car.
Alongside the car show, the Midland Swap Meet will be packed with rare parts, vintage tools, garage décor, and authentic automotive memorabilia. It’s a long-standing tradition for buying, selling, and trading automotive parts and hard-to-find items. Those wishing to sign up for a seller’s spot can do so at www.miantiquefestival.com/dealer-application.
Family-friendly Fun, Food and Camping! - Families can enjoy fun activities for the kids, such as face painting, easy access to a variety of food trucks with many new options, live acoustic music, and camping! Camping for RVs and tents is $50 a night and includes all amenities you’d expect at a full-service campground.
