The ROCK Center for Youth Development Announces Teen Programming in Partnership with Midland Mall
The ROCK Center For Youth Development is thrilled to announce the launch of new programming for teens at the Midland Mall. The ROCK will host evening events once per month for teens 11-17 to socialize, participate in hands-on activities, and enjoy a safe fun environment supported by ROCK staff.
The first mall night is scheduled for September 26th and will be Glow in the Dark themed. Teens should wear their best neon or blacklight gear and get ready to enjoy dancing, snacks, games, a bubble zone, and more! The program will operate from 5:45-8:30 pm. Admission is $10 per student and requires registration to attend. Registration is available at http://www.therockc4yd.org.
In addition to evening events, The ROCK will host teens during professional development days, half days, and snow days when Meridian and Midland Public Schools are closed. Teens will continue to enjoy the same high-quality programs at the new ROCK location at the Midland Mall. Students must be registered to attend.
This partnership demonstrates the strong community collaboration between The ROCK and the Midland Mall. “We’re proud to partner with The ROCK to provide teens a safe, engaging space within the Midland Mall where they can enjoy themselves while building valuable skills for the future,” says Beccah Billmeier, Midland Mall Operations Manager.
