The Party At The Pavilion was started and founded by (Twin Terror Music) Aaron and Austin Banks, back in 2017. The Party At the Pavilion has always been a all ages free admission show aimed at displaying a positive light on the 989 hiphop scene and giving local artists a opportunity to perform and showcase their talents, while giving back and raising money for a good cause.

“The concept we had was instead of charging admission or a ticket we just ask for a little donation, either monetary or a pet friendly item (food, treat, leash, bed, blankets, etc),” shared event organizer Aaron Banks. “We also decided a raffle would be a good way to raise extra money, so we got sponsors to donate items to raffle to raise money. We chose the Humane Society of Midland County because our love for animals and belief in second chances.”

“With the help of our sponsors, and attendees, We have been able to raise thousands of dollars in monetary and pet friendly donations over the years. This year will be the 10th Annual Party At The Pavilion. Since we are celebrating a decade of fun, family, community, giving back, live music, and the animals, this year will be the biggest yet!!! Last year, we had Shady Records "Astray" headline, this year is Jon Connor a Flint, Michigan Native, who was formerly signed with Dr. Dre at Aftermath Entertainment. He has worked at the highest level in the music industry including collaborating with artist like Snoop Dogg, RITTZ, Royce da 5'9", and plenty of others! The event will include Raffles, Cornhole, Face painting, Kids Hour, sack races and more!!!
