Midland Antique Festival Brings a Weekend Full of Family-Friendly Fun to Midland County Fairgrounds -- Sept. 26-27
Michigan Antique Festivals will once again return to the Midland County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Sept. 26 - Sunday, Sept. 27, bringing together more than a thousand antique and vintage dealers from across the country for a full weekend of treasure hunting that also features Mid-Michigan’s largest classic car show, a legendary automotive swap meet, live acoustic music, an ever-expanding lineup of food trucks, and on‑site family camping. Tickets are now available for purchase online including a specially priced Friday Sneak Peek Pass.
The Midland Antique Festival, the largest and longest running in the state, offers a signature shopping experience unlike anything else. First-rate vendors bring items ranging from vintage and repurposed furniture to farmhouse décor, collectibles, rare finds, and nostalgic memorabilia—creating an unforgettable weekend of eclectic exploration for every type of collector.
“We are excited to kick off the fall season with our Midland show as dealers new to the festival join our dedicated vendors to offer a variety of historic treasures for our guests to peruse as they search the festival grounds for that perfect find from yesteryear,” said Matthew Edens, festival director. “We hope everyone uncovers something remarkable for themselves to cherish or to give as a unique gift while also enjoying the food, music, and laid-back atmosphere.”
Car Show and Swap Meet - The Midland Antique Festival also brings treasures of the road together as home to Mid-Michigan's largest classic car show and swap meet! Making it the ultimate destination for car enthusiasts, restorers and collectors.
Open to all makes and models, the quarter‑mile car show will feature hundreds of vehicles on the grounds as owners show off their classic, custom, and one-of-kind rides competing for prizes, giveaways, and trophies. Select participants will be featured in the annual car show calendar.
Car show participants can simply enter the Midland County Fairgrounds through Gate 1 on Eastman Ave., located between Olive Garden and Applebee’s, pay the regular admission fee and display their prized possession for all to enjoy. There is no extra fee to show a car.
Alongside the car show, the Midland Swap Meet will be packed with rare parts, vintage tools, garage décor, and authentic automotive memorabilia. It’s a long-standing tradition for buying, selling, and trading automotive parts and hard-to-find items. Family-friendly Fun, Food and Camping! Fun activities for the kids, easy access to an ever-growing and fresh selection of food trucks with many new options, live acoustic music, and camping make the Midland Antique Festival a great family activity! Camping for RVs and tents is $50 a night and includes all amenities you’d expect at a full-service campground.
The Friday Sneak Peek Pass gives first access to explore the treasure hunt ahead of the weekend rush. Guests can enter the grounds while dealers are still setting up their booths, offering the perfect opportunity to browse fresh inventory, uncover rare pieces, and secure standout finds.
Tickets are now available for purchase online (additional fees apply) or at the door. The Friday Sneak Peek Pass grants entry on Friday, Sept.25, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; early access on Saturday at 7 a.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m. and is available at a special advance price of $15 through Sept.11. Beginning Sept. 12, the pass will be available for $20. General admission for Saturday and Sunday is $10, which covers entry for both days. Admission is free for children 11 and under.

Midland Antique Festival will take place at the Midland County Fairgrounds, 6905 Eastman Ave., Midland, Michigan 48642 on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Parking is free.
The date for the Michigan Antique Festival in Davisburg is October 10 -11. For the first time ever, the Michigan Antique Festival will hold an event on the west side of the state with a two-day, indoor-only market inside the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. The new Kalamazoo Indoor Antique Market will take place Nov. 14-15 making a new tradition for years to come.
